Orders may require full or partial payment before manufacturing begins

Late or unpaid invoices may result in delayed production, shipment holds, or cancellation of future orders.

4. Production, Shipping & Lead Times

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping times may vary based on carrier, destination, and external factors

LEDTRACKUSA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and manufactured nature of our products:

Orders that have entered production may not be canceled

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable

Any approved cancellations prior to production may be subject to administrative or restocking fees

Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
